Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule shifts for home health aides, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to visit clients' homes and facilities.

  2. Client Communication: Communicate with clients and their families to arrange suitable visit times, ensure understanding of the schedule, and address any concerns or changes.

  3. Staff Coordination: Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure their availability matches patient needs and geographical proximity.
