Position description:

We’re looking for full-time Direct Support Professionals. No experience is necessary, training is provided. The ideal candidate is someone who is a naturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them.

Our DSPs will be taking care of all of these residents daily needs; dressing, feeding (one resident has a g-tube), changing, bathing, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance etc. There are 3 ladies needing total care in this home. 

The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Be a companion, learn to be a caregiver for someone in your community! 

Full Time

2nd and 3rd shift open at this time. This will require 12 hour shifts every other weekend. 

Compensation: $15.00 - 16.25 / hour - Based on experience and shift- 2nd shift is $2/ hour.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with NO MORE THAN 5 POINTS ON DRIVING RECORD
• 18 years of age or older
• Able to pass background check
