Gracent is Hiring a BCBA Clinical Director - Signing Bonus! Near Missouri, TX

Are you a BCBA ready to take on a leadership role? Our Missouri City, TX center is excited to meet you! As our Clinical Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing our ABA division and playing a pivotal role in its development. This opportunity provides a pathway for continuous learning and growth, enabling you to refine your skills as a proficient manager of both people and operations. Consider it a stepping stone toward a future Clinic or Area Director position. 

Total compensation is $100,000 - $112,000, which includes your base salary and $12,000 annual bonus based on efficiency & quality care metrics.

  • Hiring a Great Team: Take the helm in building and shaping a dedicated team of RBTs and BCBAs. You'll have the opportunity to handpick professionals who embody our mission and values, backed by the support and work of our talent acquisition team. 
  • Clinical Quality Leadership: Play a pivotal role in managing and elevating clinical quality standards. Your oversight will be instrumental in enhancing service delivery and managing metrics such as delivered-to-recommended hours, parent training, efficiency, and assessment turnaround time.
  • Clinical Autonomy: Craft tailored recommendations and personalized programming utilizing your preferred assessments and programs. Count on our organization's support to ensure families embrace them and thrive with your expert guidance.
  • Data-Driven Management: Utilize our advanced OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) platform for insightful data analysis and decision-making. We've made leading and coaching easier through automated scorecards, goals, and metrics at an organizational, center, and employee-level.
  • Mentorship and Professional Development: Take on the role of mentor to full-time fieldwork students. Nurture their growth while receiving the support you need in report writing and supervision.

Our benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary along with a quarterly bonus plan of up to $12,000 annually based on efficiency and quality care metrics. Total compensation (base bonus) for this role starts at $100,000 and is dependent on your years of experience and expertise.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years management experience and 1 year of experience as a BCBA, in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • You are interested in growing as a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor your team of pediatric professionals.
