DESCRIPTION

• Generating leads with commercial and residential decision markers.
• Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with estimating department to prepare bids.
• Ensure estimates are completed in a timely manner.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Continued growth with current customer base.
• Maintaining proper sales reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year work experience as a sales representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• The ability to follow up with customers, maintain positive relationships and close sales
