Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated, professional yet friendly Process Server to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring legal demand notices are accurately served per Colorado law and reporting back to the office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent time management skills, with a friendly demeanor.
Primary job duties:
- Serve legal demand notices to South Denver rental properties down to Castle Rock.
- Document serving the legal demand properly.
- Has an active Colorado Real Estate License
- A strong moral & ethical foundation
- A likable personality
