1. Job purpose

Conducts various activities involving managing all company returns and the flow of returned product with in the company accurately and timely. Work with the customer service to clarify issues via email or telephone. Maintain detail RMA reports. Follow the regulations and guidelines of the company, ensuring proper credit for the returns. Responsible for creating, organizing and maintaining warehouses and inventory.

2. Duties and responsibilities

• Physically Inspect returned products integrity for any defects or discrepancies while following company policies and procedures for processing returns accurately.
• Inspect returns to ensure they match the RMA and pack list. Ensure the returns are distributed or viewed and moved to the correct locations based on their status.
• Review documentation for accuracy and ensure proper certificate are attached if required and to ensure product descriptions align with documentation.
• Must be able to use various software and systems to record, track, and update return information as well as communicate with other departments.
• Maintain detailed reports and provide additional support when needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the return process.
• Work closely with QA department, customer service and marketing.
• Set up warehouses for Rep and Consignment.
• Move inventory in the ERP system.
• Lift, move, or pack returned products that could be heavy, bulky, or fragile.
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Performs all other duties as assigned.

3. Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business is preferred.

· Minimum one to two years in returns specialist role or related experience required, preferably medical device

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Ability to work in fast paced environment

4. Working conditions

• Must be self-motivated to complete task with good organization skills
• Knowledge - Requires average knowledge of all company products, good computer and professional telephone skills, the ability to operate all required office equipment, if applicable.
• Mental - Requires an extremely high degree of concentration, organization skills, and attention to detail.

5. Physical requirements

• Physical - Requires walking/standing approximately 5% of time; sitting approximately 95% of time; lifting up to 50 lbs. approximately 15% of time; stooping, forward bending and crouching approximately 5% of time.
• Environmental - Requires capability of performing essential job functions in an office/warehouse environment with climate-control and good lighting.
• Manual Dexterity - Requires use of hands and arms to operate telephones, facsimile machines, computers and other general office equipment, lab equipment, and to record written information and maintain files.
• Audible - Requires the ability to verbally communicate with supervisor and co-workers in person and via telephone.
