ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide Maintenance Supervisors/Facilities Managers with project and work order updates
- Maintain schedule and perform interior and exteriorrepairs of buildings including painting, carpentry, and drywall
- Paintand caulk surfaces including but not limited to walls, ceilings, floors andtrim
- Determine materials and labor estimates
- Safelyerect and work on scaffolding/staging and ladders
- Replace hardware, electrical fixtures and appliances as required
- Maintain accurate records of all parts necessary for the completion of building maintenance, repairs and work orders
- Maintain accurate records of all parts,supplies and materials ordered and used in projects, work orders and othertasks
- Participatein updating and maintaininginventories for materials, supplies,tools, and equipment
- Perform routine facilities duties, including but not limited to maintenance andtechnical tasks, operations, maintenance on call rotation
- Additional duties asassigned
