A Grace Senior Stylist -

• Provide personalised one-on-one private styling appointments
• Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience supporting the Boutique Manager to inspire the boutique team
• Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills
• Drive the boutique team to exceed monthly individual and team sales goals
• Support the successful operation of the Boutique on the days off of the Boutique Manager 
• Support the Boutique Manager in implementing focuses and goals to achieve sales targets and KPI’s
• Assist the Boutique Manager in facilitating and conducting team training sessions
• Have a reputation for being the industry leaders in personalized and friendly VIP service
• Take individual measurements accurately and up-style from our exquisite range of accessories & occasional range
• Multi-task between taking appointments and following up with brides via email & phone - working off an iPad they are IT savvy!
• Have a high standard of commitment and work ethic as there is extensive product knowledge to be learned
• The face of our brand, acting as our brand ambassadors you are provided with our beautiful products to wear while in the boutique
• Provide insight and feedback for Boutique Management and relevant business departments
• An expert and go to for the team in product knowledge 
• Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner 
• Manage Cancelations list Manage the boutique booking email account 
• Manager in accordance with direction from the Boutique Manager the Visual Merchandising of the boutique
• Support the Boutique Manager in the management of boutique samples reporting when they require repairs or cleaning
• Co-ordinate the repair of samples and do general cleaning of all gowns 

You must have open working availability & can commit to consistent weekend work, being our busiest days. 

We have one Full Time role available (5 day per week - 40 hours).

Essential Knowledge & Experience: 

• At least 1 year of tenure as a Stylist with Grace Loves Lace
• Demonstrated achievement of individual sales and CVR targets at or above GLL benchmark 
• Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
• Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey
• Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high-quality product range
• The ability to lift & move boutique stock when required as well as stand for most of shift to facilitate bridal appointments
• Be hard working with strong multi-tasking skills
• Highest standard of attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and administration ability as following up with brides and customers is a key part of the Stylist role
• Able to work weekends and have the flexibility to take on extra shifts as needed
• Intermediate IT & Administration capability skills. Experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry eg. NetSuite is advantageous
• Our peak times are the weekend so the successful candidate must be able to work weekends
