Grace Hill is Hiring a Customer Support Agent I Near Dallas, TX

Hybrid position with 2-3 days on-site attendance required (subject to change). Office is located in Irving, TX.Role Overview
Grace Hill is seeking energetic customer-service-oriented individuals who will make a positive difference for our clients!
The Customer Support Agent I is a support associate responsible for resolving technical problems for our clients. The CSA I will work with end-users to ensure that they can access our client platforms, complete sales on the storefront, and complete Level 1 troubleshooting to ensure user resolution of any technical and product questions for Grace Hill's products and services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Offering best-in-class technical issue resolution service to our end users
  • Providing clear and timely responses to learner support technical requests via phone, direct message/email, and chat tickets
  • Collect and review/update client information in Salesforce
  • Stay current with all platform changes, updates, and support utilities
  • Fully document all interactions using ticket documentation guidelines
  • Follow up and make scheduled callbacks when necessary
  • Manage and monitor caseload and backlog based on duration and priority
  • Identify, document, and escalate priority issues, outages, or perceived emergencies
  • Responsible for maintaining and achieving targets for KPIs and Metrics such as Speed to Answer, Average Handling Time, SLAs, Ticket Duration, and AQL quality scores, as well as other department metrics
  • Establish and maintain a positive professional relationship with users and clients as well as interdepartmental functions
  • Other tasks as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D required
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong technical background preferred
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent written and communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
  • Effective listening and probing skills to identify the technical assistance needs of the client and opportunities to offer additional assistance
  • Multi-tasking, basic keyboarding, internet navigation
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred) or comparable ticketing system
  • Results-oriented, ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Proactive and attentive to detail and feedback
  • Hybrid position with 2-3 days on-site attendance required (subject to change)
