Grace Healthcare Services
is experiencing a period of tremendous growth and is looking to hire Certified Home Health Aides. We are specifically hiring for the following shifts: We provide end of life care to patients in their homes and facilities across the state of New Jersey. If you, or someone you know, would be a great fit for our company, please join us! We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.Some requirements are:

Job Type: Part-time, per diem & full time available.Required experience:

    • Proof of your current Professional New Jersey Certification.
    • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with our hospice patients
    • Long Term Care, Hospice or Home Care experience is a plus!
    • MUST have valid NJ Drivers License AND reliable transportation.
    • Experience Certified Home Health Aide: 1 year is preferable
