Growing Christian school seeking a dynamic and passionate school teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian who is dedicated to providing a high-quality education to our students. The successful candidate will be able to create a safe and nurturing learning environment that fosters academic excellence and spiritual growth. We are currently looking to hire elementary and middle school teachers.

Responsibilities:

• Teach classes according to the school's curriculum, utilizing various instructional strategies to engage students in active learning.
• Create and maintain a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that supports the spiritual, academic, and social-emotional development of all students.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's academic progress, social-emotional development, and behavior.
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to plan and implement school-wide initiatives, programs, and events.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with trends and best practices in education.
• Uphold the school's Christian values and integrate biblical principles into instruction and classroom management.

Qualifications:

• College degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and community members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Passion for Christian education and commitment to the school's mission and values.
