Job Description / Responsibilities / Tasks:

Overseeing and manage diverse portfolio of net lease assets in Dallas DFW/Metro - Houston - San Antonio Texas.

Draft leases, extensions and amendments.

Promptly resolves tenant related issues.

Follow up with tenants for delinquency.

Abstracting, interpreting, and administering lease requirements.

Coordinate rent collection efforts/tenant defaults, as necessary.

Develop strong relationships and effective lines of communication with tenants.

Demonstrated success managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

Strong customer service skills and related work experience in real estate management.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent modeling and analytical skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Strong proficiency in typing & writing emails.

Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team environment.

Unquestionable integrity and ethics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
