Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Assist with specimen collection processing and ensure accurate labeling and documentation
- Coordinate discharge planning and provide appropriate referrals for continued care
- Utilize electronic medical records systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) to maintain accurate patient records
- Adhere to aseptic technique when performing procedures or handling equipment
- Stay updated on current medical practices, procedures, and protocols

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Virginia or a multistate license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in psych or behavioral health

- Active AHA BLS

Job Types: Full-time, Travel nursing, Contract

Pay: Up to $3,138.00 per week
