General Driving Duties:

• Drives safely and operates a class 8 vehicle
• Operates in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws as related to motor carrier safety regulations
• Loads bulk- tank trailers at various racks
• Unloads petroleum products at customer locations in tanks located above and below ground
• Performs basic vehicle up-keep such as cleaning the cab interior, cleaning windshields, check and maintaining all fluid levels, tire pressure and, re-fueling truck

Additional Duties:

• Completes daily driving log according to state and federal regulations
• Completes daily Vehicle Inspection Report
• Maintains contact with dispatch team to receive loading and delivery instructions
• Communicates any customer needs to appropriate office personnel
• Reports all accidents and injuries to supervisor, regardless of severity

Qualifications:
2 years of verifiable driving experience; current Class A CDL with Haz-Mat and Tanker endorsement; must possess a clean driving record; must be at least 25 years old; good time management and organizational skills and, possess the ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
