We’re a small but successful Digital eCommerce company in Martinez, and are seeking the perfect new candidate to join our expanding team.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Process customer orders and returns
• Intake product shipments and deliveries (shipping/receiving)
• Maintain website product/inventory levels
• Answer customer questions via phone and email
• Provide online chat support as needed
• Other general office duties as needed

Ideal Candidate will possess:

• A neat appearance and be well-groomed and punctual
• Possess a willingness to learn the products we sell, and have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Being energetic, self-motivated, and a self-starter are essential to mutual success
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks is essential
• Attention to detail is critical
• Possess good phone and written communication skills
• Work may require strenuous physical exertion for extended periods including standing, walking, stooping, bending, climbing, lifting, and frequently carrying objects weighing up to 40 lbs

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Math skills
• Computer aptitude
• No experience necessary, we’re ready and willing to train the right person for this position

More Details:

• Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm
• Direct Deposit
• Part Time: 20-30 hours/week @ $22/hour
• Full Time: 40 hours/week @ $25/hour
• 60 day probationary period
