Overview
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering a wide range of projects that contribute to the growth and success of Cook Inc. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support project leads, manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and ensure that projects remain in alignment with our strategic goals and global standards.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, both internal and external.
Define/articulate project scopes, objectives, and deliverables or assist project leads with same.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets or assist project leads with same.
Ensure effective utilization of resources to meet project goals.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure on-time delivery.
Regularly communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Foster strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Promote the CINC PMO Mission: We will drive project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to help the organization achieve world-class SQDC.
Qualifications
4-year degree, Marketing, Communication, Business, etc. A history of high performance demonstrating proficiency in several of the above listed job functions/duties
Experience as a project manager in a manufacturing setting Strong computer usage skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)
PMP certification required, but can be obtained after hired with manager approval.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing setting.
