Overview

We are currently seeking a creative, hourly ENTRY LEVEL Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruits qualified applicants
• Define and perform the day to day recruiting best practices, including identifying internal and external top talent
• Explores the market best practices in the recruitment sphere and implements appropriate best practices in the organization
• Maintains and supplies weekly recruiting statistics
• Coordinates interviews between applicants and operations
• Interact with different organizations and state agencies in acquiring qualified applicants
• Manages recruiting contacts and partners in the community
• Work with local colleges and technical schools for possible applicants (job boards)
• Maintain applicant data base (iCims)
• Screen resumes
• Telephone pre-screening of applicants
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Verify and recap time frame (resume/interview)
• Capture new hire recruiting method
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Be a resource for the field on recruiting needs & tools
• Perform administrative duties as assigned
• Other Human Resource responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Work in a fast-paced environment, simultaneously managing multiple projects and critical searches
• Excellent communication and organization skills are required.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Normal lifting up to 10lbs
• Ability to manage work schedule
• Ability to interact with various departments and management team
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize iCims, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
