GPM Investments, LLC is Hiring a Contract Manager Near Dallas, TX

Overview

GPM Investments, LLC, one of the leading convenience store and gas station operators in the country, seeks a contract manager to administer and maintain its wholesale and consignment fuel contracts databases and potentially additional contract databases. This is a remote position but must be able to commute to our Dallas office when needed; 8350 N Central Expressway, Suite M2185, Dallas, TX 75206.

Responsibilities

  • Administering and keeping current the wholesale and consignment contract abstract worksheet and database;
    • Tracking and reporting monthly on class of business changes, contract expiration dates, and renewal options.
    • Reviewing new customer agreements and summarize certain key elements of the documents for publication to other internal departments.
  • Preparing and entering the relevant legal terms of new customer agreements into the CRM system, ensuring accuracy.
  • Managing contract database, including monitoring and updating the authorized users and the authorized roles for each user within the database.
  • Monitoring the inquiries from other departments assigned to the legal department and researching and responding to these cases.
  • Other support duties to legal department, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of three year’s work experience post-college graduation Prior experience in motor fuel industry is preferred, but not required
  • Prior contract management, accounting or paralegal experience is preferred, but not required
  • Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills (clear, concise, and confident), along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints and extended hours as required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new software systems
