GPI seeks a full-time Highway Technical Design Lead for our growing Transportation Group in our Philadelphia, PA office. We seek individuals ready to work collectively with a multi-discipline team of engineers in a dynamic office environment on interesting and challenging projects. Our Philadelphia office projects involve roadway, bridge, and traffic design projects. Responsibilities:

  • Build effective client relationships by working collaboratively with the client & multi-discipline teams
  • Prepare and complete engineering designs that are responsive to project needs
  • Complete tasks within the assigned schedule and budget
  • Develop project design criteria, calculations, details, and estimates
  • Mentor staff in the advancement of transportation design

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 10 years' experience in Highway design
  • PE licensure is required
  • Knowledge of all aspects within your specific discipline of Highway design
  • Experience with software; MicroStation and/AutoCAD
  • Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
