A highly reputable firm is seeking a Trial Attorney for its office in the Omaha NE area. Potential candidates will have some book of business to bring with them. No Billable Hours Requirement!

Requirements:

• Prefer at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Litigation experience required. Construction Litigation experience a Plus!
• Research and writing skills.
• Must be barred and in good standing in Nebraska.

Candidates with strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills are encouraged to apply.

The position in onsite in Omaha, NE and candidates must live or be willing to commute to work onsite.
