Actively seeking experienced Civil Litigators to join our client’s defense team. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience on the defense side, specifically in personal injury, products liability, and premises liability cases. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively advocate for our clients' interests.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, primarily focusing on personal injury, products liability, and premises liability cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and arguments.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the South Carolina State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation defense, with a focus on personal injury, products liability, and premises liability cases.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service.
