Join a leading Ag company as a Territory Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. We're searching for a dynamic and motivated individual who thrives in the world of seed sales.

If you're ready to take on the challenge of growing a territory, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities :

  • Territory Expansion : Energize and expand our seed sales territory by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Industry Knowledge : Leverage your knowledge of the agriculture industry to understand customer needs, provide valuable insights, and cultivate a loyal customer base.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful transactions and drive revenue growth.
  • Tech Savvy : Stay current on all agronomy services and technology, integrating these advancements into your sales approach to provide innovative solutions to customers.
  • Performance Goals : Strive to meet or exceed company growth expectations, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : A degree in Agronomy / Agriculture is preferred, or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Sales Experience : Prior experience in seed sales is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to navigate the complexities of the industry.
  • Self-Motivated : Demonstrate a self-driven attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
