Tenant Improvement Project Manager

A leading local General Contractor is growing and needs to add a Project Manager to their team. They take pride in their commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tenant Improvement Project Manager to join their team.

We are looking for a skilled Tenant Improvement Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful delivery of tenant improvement projects. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you have a proven track record in project management within the commercial real estate sector, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with tenants and internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Select and manage contractors, architects, and vendors.
• Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and legal requirements.
• Conduct quality control measures and inspections.
• Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of proven experience as a Tenant Improvement Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
