Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of heavy civil construction projects
• Schedule and coordinate crew activities to ensure efficient project execution
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld

Essential Job Functions:

• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure project success
• Utilize your expertise to problem-solve and make informed decisions
• Coordinate resources and materials to optimize project efficiency
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment

Skills:

• 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction
• Proficiency in scheduling and crew management
• Experience with performing take offs is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
