Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and regulations
• Review and interpret drawings, blueprints, and other construction documents
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication

Superintendent Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Conduct regular job site walkthroughs to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project plans
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management and clients

Superintendent Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in the educational, healthcare, or multifamily sectors
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders
• Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges and changes
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and construction management software

Benefits:

- Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience
