The #1 Sp;orts Construction Company is seeking a proven Project Manager. They are looking for someone with experience on wet/dry utilities, asphalt, concrete, DOT or grading/excavating, experience. This role is in office but all local work. This company is well known for their Great Values, GREAT company culture and NEW construction technologies!

Requirements For Civil Project Manager 

• 5 years of experience in civil construction
• Heavy civil construction experience
• West/dry utilities
• Good documentation skills
• Proactive in solving issues quickly.
• Timely and Organized
• Experienced in employee supervision, development, and mentoring.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil Engineering, but Construction Management will be considered.

Responsibilities for Civil Project Manager 

• Work well with all other team members.
• Effectively communicate progress/problems with relevant team members
• Prepare Project Production Schedules 
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
• Work with Field Superintendent to coordinate all aspects of job.
