Position Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site

Manage Foreman and subcontractors

Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and practices

Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and communicate progress updates to relevant parties

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Monitor and report on project progress

Position Essential Job Functions:

5 years of experience as a superintendent in the residential sector

Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and regulations

Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
