A growing and exciting real estate company is looking to add a Regional Property Manager to their team! The main mission of the Regional Property Manager is to lead professional execution of property operations, business plans, capital improvements, routine and recurring maintenance, and financial reporting of a region of properties. The Regional Property Manager will also be expected to lend their experience and expertise on an as-needed basis. 

Responsibilities Of Regional Property Manager: 

  • Facilitate excellent property operations via the formation, execution, and reporting on property business plans 

  • Ensure & contribute to excellent communication, workflow, and professional interaction within the team 

  • Create and document effective & professional operating systems within the department 

  • Assist property managers in hiring, supervising, and directing property staffs; Provide mentorship and growth opportunities to every member of property staff 

  • Provide accurate, timely, and meaningful operational reporting for each property. 

  • Help to form and plan major capital projects 

  • Act as property management’s subject matter expert 

  • Interface with the home office team to provide information, advice, and physical due diligence resources in support of new acquisition opportunities 

  • Provide general oversight of property management software functions for accuracy 

Required Experience For Regional Property Manager: 

  • 3-5 years of direct multi-site multifamily property management experience is required. Experience as a regional property manager is helpful but not required. 

  • Experience managing all day-to-day tasks on the execution side of all projects and undertakings, including but not limited to acquisitions, development, asset management, contract/lease negotiation, equity capital markets and debt capital markets. 

  • Proven ability to manage and lead junior staff members, create a positive work environment, and further the company’s innovative, collaborative, and open culture. 

  • Analytical thinker and self-starter who can make swift decisions, adapt to changes and deliver results. 

  • Willingness to travel 

  • Eagerness to grow professionally
