Job Title: Residential Purchasing Coordinator/Agent

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Residential Purchasing Coordinator/Agent to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to procure materials and services necessary for residential construction projects.
  • Execute purchasing strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials within budget constraints.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve optimal value.
  • Utilize MarksSystems software to streamline purchasing processes and track inventory.
  • Work closely with project managers and construction teams to anticipate needs and address any purchasing-related issues.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Purchasing role, with a proven track record of managing projects over $7M.
  • Prior experience in residential purchasing is required, with multi-family experience highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MarksSystems software is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Genuine interest in contributing to a positive, family-like company culture.
