Job Opportunity: Project Manager in Heavy Construction (Plant Processing Experience Preferred)

Requirements:

• 5-15 years of project management experience
• Significant background in heavy construction, preferably with plant processing expertise

Responsibilities: The successful Project Manager candidate will:

• Demonstrate proficiency in heavy construction (bridge work/infrastructure/plant & process)
• Showcase experience in building construction, particularly in school and municipal markets
• Possess expertise to guide projects from preconstruction to closeout
• Exhibit self-starting capabilities
• Display strong team management skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be confident and effective in delivering formal presentations
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a focus on win-win solutions
• Uphold the highest level of professionalism
• Lead by example, displaying honesty and integrity

• Reside in the Chicagoland area

• Scheduling (ideally P6)
• Construction means and methods
• Cost control
• Payment processes
