Project Architect Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required
- 4 years of professional experience across all phases of architectural projects
- Preferably pursuing architectural licensure
Project Architect Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience in Education (K-12, Higher Education), Commercial, Municipal, Medical, Institutional, or High Rise projects preferred
- Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation
- Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and teamwork
- Proactive written and verbal communication skills
Project Architect Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management from inception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to create and present interior design concepts and requirements
- Define project needs and design criteria
- Manage scheduling, estimates, budgets, and planning to deliver comprehensive project documentation (drawings, models, etc.)
- Utilize software for designing, sketching, and providing project drawings
- Cultivate professional client relationships
- Demonstrate leadership skills and foster relationships internally and externally
