GPAC is Hiring a Personal Injury Attorney Near Bala Cynwyd, PA
Seeking a personal injury attorney for a growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent litigation credentials, a minimum of 5 years of successful personal injury litigation, trial case experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. The ideal candidate should have prior experience building long cases for max value, using experts, research, & witness testimony. ***Law firm open to defense attorneys as well, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to switch to plaintiff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
- Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the client's behalf when appropriate
- Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation
Qualifications:
- Membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and a state license to practice law are mandatory
- 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed
- Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
