A highly reputable Construction Company is actively pursuing a Asphalt / Paving Superintendent The candidate should have diverse heavy civil construction experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews.
• Attend meetings on and off-site as directed.
• Bid Projects, RFI's, scheduling, Change Orders

QUALIFICATIONS :

• The ideal candidate will have heavy civil experience. Project types could include earthwork, asphalt and paving, grading, and excavation.
• Understands and promotes the "team" concept.
• Familiarity with safety regulations.
