Our highly regarded and Utah law firm is looking to hire business/transactional Paralegal. The firm is well established with an employee first culture. We are seeking a candidate that is self-motivated, detail orientated, with strong written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications:

• 3 years’ law firm experience
• Paralegal certificate, Associates degree, or Bachelors’ degree

Experience with some of the following:

• Commercial and/or business transactions
• Registering LLC’s and Corporations
• Pulling EIN’s, dissolutions, and conversions
• Drafting schedules and closing documents
• Familiar w/the division of corporations & commercial code website
• Acquisition & divestiture
• Drafting schedules & closing documents
