Job Responsibilities:

• Work with General Contractors, and Property Managers to promote company services.
• Bid Commercial and Light Industrial paint projects up to and exceeding $500,000.
• Lead by example, provide leadership to Project Teams

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing & estimating projects delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest quality standards.
• Specific experience in commercial painting required.
• Software proficiency, Planswift, Bluebeam, On-Center, (or equivalent)
• Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service.
• Must have a solid work-ethic and be a Team player.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
