We’re looking to hire a Nursery Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you must have a high level of knowledge of Midwest landscape plant materials.

You will be responsible for assisting existing customers with sales and acquiring new customers for the business. You will not be responsible for handling plant material during the sales process.

This role is a full-time, Monday-Friday scheduled position. Average hours are 40-48 hours per week. Work location is at the Anderson, Indiana office.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, salary starting at $60,000.

What you will be doing :

• Assisting existing customers with sales via email and over the .
• Networking to find new customers and build a rapport.
• Calling customers to update on live inventory availability daily.
• Cross train to assist with invoicing at the point of sale and fill in when necessary.

• High level of knowledge of Midwest landscape plant materials.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• High level of computer / typing skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work well individually and in a team setting.
