COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION MULTIFAMILY SUPERINTENDENT
Industry leading Developer/Builder is looking to add a Construction Multifamily Superintendent to their team immediately. This company serves luxury multifamily/senior living/mixed use markets.
CONSTRUCTION MULTIFAMILY SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead Superintendent role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Must have experience leading ground up, multifamily, mixed use, and/or senior living projects from inception to completion
- Ability to manage and run projects $15M
- Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's
- Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget
- Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
