Sales Rep Cabinetry & Millwork

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Rep experienced with Cabinetry and Millwork to join an exciting new opportunity with a growing team! The Sales Rep will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding the customers wants and needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process while utilizing the ability to cross and upsell additional products and services.

Job Type : Full Time, On-site

Responsibilities for the Sales Rep :

• Present and demonstrate cabinetry products to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and designers to generate leads and drive sales.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and comprehensive quotes, proposals, and estimates based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations and advice to customers.

Requirements of the Sales Rep :

• Minimum 3 years of Sales experience with Cabinetry and / or Millwork
• Proficient in reading blueprints and cabinet layouts and designs
• Superior customer service skills including professional appearance and attitude
• Must demonstrate reliability, efficiency and ability to multitask
• Strong personal leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
