Construction Foreman

Currently, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman with expertise in masonry to lead and supervise our masonry construction teams.

As a Construction Foreman specializing in masonry, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating masonry construction projects. Your primary duties include:

• Direct and oversee daily activities of masonry construction crews, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.

• Provide strong leadership to masonry teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Motivate and guide team members to meet project goals.

• Monitor and enforce high-quality standards for masonry work, ensuring that craftsmanship meets or exceeds industry benchmarks.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.

• Maintain open communication with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Report progress, issues, and updates regularly.

• Address and resolve challenges that arise during construction, collaborating with the project team to find effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman with a focus on masonry projects.
• Strong knowledge of masonry construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage construction crews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction foreman role with a specialization in masonry.
