Responsibilities of Maintenance Supervisor :
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks for multifamily properties
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are up to code
- Provide guidance and support to maintenance staff
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities
Essential job functions of Maintenace Supervisor :
- 5 years of experience in real estate multifamily maintenance
- HVAC certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized
