Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a farm operation. The ideal candidate will be able to service a wide range of vehicles including skid steers, tractors, and pickups as well as take care of scheduling and building maintenance, as well as pump and irrigation maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising a few farm hands.
• Supervise the maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Supervise the maintenance and repair facilities.

Qualifications

• Spanish is a plus.
• Supervisory experience.
• The ability to care for and make repairs to facilities.
• The ability to move freely and lift heavy weights.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay between $60k - $90k, possibly more depending on experience.
• The company pays 100% of the cost family health insurance.
• 401k.
• Company truck.
