The Lead Carpenter will be working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards.

Responsibilities :

• Understand and Communicate blueprints, drawings, and sketches
• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
• Perform all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry
• Adjustments to lumber when necessary
• Inspection for repairs or maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of all work done and more

Compensation Package :

• $60,000- $95,000

Requirements :

• Updated Resume / Project List
• Proven and relevant experience
• 5 years minimum of hands-on experience
• Thorough knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
• Abide by and implement ALL safety procedures
