Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of prior related experience.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in previous employment.
• Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Adobe Acrobat Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and invest the necessary time to ensure project success.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Organization Skills: Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Teamwork: Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a small office environment.
• Communication: Strong technical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Training: Plug and play - one part-time and one full-time position; no hand-holding, training is available.

Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Acrobat Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop schematic designs and working drawings.
• Assist in producing construction documents.
• Prepare graphics for master plans, presentations, and public process materials.
• Prepare written reports; maintain records and necessary documentation.
• Assist with project and construction management.
• Other duties as required.
