Estimator Job Description

gpac is partnered with a well-established, family-owned, and operated Heavy and Civil construction company in search of a highly skilled and Experienced Estimator . This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to join a reputable company in a fast-paced and challenging role.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules. 
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Position Essential Job Functions: 

• 5 years of experience in excavation, utilities, site development, and water/sewer projects as an Estimator 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail as an Estimator
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
