Responsibilities:

  • IT Guru: Act as the primary liaison with our IT department, flexing your testing, verification, and issue-resolution muscles during development projects tied to inventory systems.

  • Month-End Maestro: Directly participate in various aspects of the month-end close process, ensuring inventory-related tasks are flawlessly executed.

  • Journal Entry Jedi: Prepare month-end journal entries and account reconciliations with precision.

  • Inventory Whisperer: Craft and maintain a robust system for Inventory Control, furnishing management with consistent, reliable, and timely information to guide decision-making.

  • Accuracy Advocate: Review Bill of Materials with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Process Perfectionist: Develop, update, and document business processes, ensuring our inventory accounting activity remains sharp and efficient.

  • Continuous Improvement Champion: Identify and implement continuous improvements to processes and controls, collaborating with stakeholders to drive impactful projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Educational Eminence: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Warehouse Warrior: 1-2 years of Warehouse/Manufacturing experience, showcasing your prowess in the field.

  • Accounting Ace: 2-3 years of accounting/finance experience under your belt, demonstrating your financial finesse.

  • Inventory Insight: Proven understanding of inventory control processes in a manufacturing industry, showing your mastery in managing inventories.

  • Tech Savvy: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Teams), showcasing your tech prowess.
