NEEDED! - highly skilled and motivated Insurance Defense Attorney with 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense, trial experience and a proven track record of providing strategic legal advice.
If you're a "go to" person and see the big picture, this insurance defense firm is looking for you. With the ability to help maintain long-term client relations, this is a great opportunity to continue to develop your skills as an attorney.
Background:
- 3 years of insurance defense or commercial litigation experience
- Defending premises, products and/or construction defect claims
- Ability to handle files independently
- Strong discovery, evaluation and writing skills with insurance defense cases
- Client contact and trial experience is preferred
