Job Summary :

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing various industrial machinery and equipment.

This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment malfunctions or inefficiencies that may impact productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and equipment condition.
• Assist in the installation, modification, and relocation of machinery and equipment as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance techniques to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial machinery, including but not limited to motors, pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
• 3 years of experience in the field of maintenance
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and experience in the industrial setting
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, bend, and climb
