Job description

Essential Functions
  • Generate new business by building strategic and positive customer relationships and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Identify customer needs and promote products and services to include ALL, Inc. design services and installation services, and negotiate prices with customers and manufacturers to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads. Make meaningful contact with existing customers
  • Provide a superior customer experience - create trust, follow through/ see issues through to resolution post-sale.
  • Know, demonstrate, educate, and promote the features and benefits of products and services to customers based on their needs.
  • Plans, organizes, and communicates personal sales strategy focused on new business generation. Provide regular territory sales forecasts and recommend prospects and other opportunities that generate revenue
  • . Maintain customer records in the customer relationship management software (CRM) and complete all sales related tasks to include providing detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems. Report on trends.
  • Know all product features and benefits. Maintain expert level knowledge of products and services, including technical information, specifications, and delivery and installation practices and techniques.
  • Perform additional duties as required and requested
