Job Description
*MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO GREENVILLE, SC*

A top commercial flooring company is currently looking for a highly skilled Division Manager to join their growing team. You will work with clients to specify products and installation services for specific projects. This person will also present products/services to architects, designers, and other end users. You will develop, analyze and call on leads provided by sales management and other sources. Additionally, you will continually prospect for viable new accounts while developing a key awareness of what is happening within their marketplace.
Responsibilities: As the Installation Division Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and manage a team of Project Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of installation projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Answer installation-related technical questions and provide expert resolutions to installation issues, fostering a culture of problem-solving within the division.
  • Project Management: Assign and closely monitor project assignments to drive the advancement of the installation division and ensure project goals are met efficiently.
  • Training Development: Collaborate on the development of an Installer oversight and training program to enhance the skills and capabilities of our installation teams.
  • Network Expansion: Expand the installation network across the US, fostering relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure continued growth.
  • Process Improvement: Develop new processes for efficient project data input into the INFOR ERP system, streamlining project tracking and management.
  • Close-Out Documents: Develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for close-out documents using smartphone app technology to improve documentation and record-keeping.
  • Product Knowledge: Build a strong knowledge of the products offered by our company, and provide technical information and support to clients, furthering the development of our flooring division.
  • Qualifications:
    • Experience managing PM's and installation processes
    • Proven experience in project management and technical problem-solving.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with construction and installation industry best practices.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
