We are working with an ag company that is seeking a Feed Mill Manager in SW Minnesota. Looking for someone with prior milling or grain elevator experience capable of hitting-the-ground-running. Feed Mill Manager Responsibilities:
- Help establish company goals for Preventative Maintenance and Production
- Oversee production within a mill setting
- Manage a crew of 5 employees
- Maintain and repair mechanical issues within the mill
- Utilize company resources
Feed Mill Manager Requirements:
- Prior experience within a milling or grain elevator setting
- Degree in Animal Nutrition preferred
- Ability to train and manage crew
- Strong mechanical/maintenance background with the ability to troubleshoot
Compensation: $65K-$85K base
